IVAN (Identifying Violations Affecting Neighborhoods) is a community-driven air monitoring initiative that delivers accurate, localized data about air quality and pollution. For too long, East Oakland has been left out of the conversation — now, we're changing that.
Lifers will provide ongoing findings through public dashboards, digital alerts, and pop-up information stations, empowering residents with the truth about our air.
